Chairman, Niger Delta Basin Development Authority, Chief Barr. Ebikeme Bosin, has congratulated the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Dennis Emomotimi Guwor, on his emergence as Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria.
In his congratulatory message, Chief Barr. Ebikeme Bosin described the emergence as a well-deserved honour that reflects Rt. Hon. Guwor’s proven leadership strength, legislative depth, and dedication to democratic ideals.
He stated that the new role places Delta State in a position of national relevance within the legislative sphere and reinforces the confidence reposed in the Speaker by his colleagues across the federation.
