Guests at D-Whyno Place and Lounge Okudjere Ethiope East LGA of Delta State on Tuesday night were woken up and harassed by members of Orerokpe Anti-cult group.

Some of the guests who spoke to our correspondent alleged that the group led by one Angel Michael Ogoja Money stormed the hotel around 10:30pm on Tuesday 15th April 2025, in a gestapo style, forcing out guests and ransacking the rooms in the guise of looking for suspected cultists.

They further alleged that, the Anti-cult group attempted to confiscate a car parked at the hotel premises but were resisted by guests who summoned courage to stand against the terror group.

The guests appealed to Delta State Commissioner of Police, CP Oluwafemi Abaniwonda to look into the activities of the gestapo group and call them to order, as they go about terrorising and extorting money from innocent citizens.

Attempt to reach the leader of the group as at the time of this report proved abortive.
