PDP BURUTU LGA BEGINS FAMILIARIZATION VISIT TO WARDS IN BURUTU LGA FEBRUARY 7TH.

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Burutu Local Government, under the leadership of Chief Tam Godspower Odogwu, will be embarking on a familiarization tour to all wards in Burutu local government area.

According to a statement signed by the publicity secretary, Mr Enekorogha Godbless, the familiarization tour is aim to enhance inclusiveness among ward members, leaders, faithful supporters, and the general administration of the party in Burutu Local Government, in line with the M.O.R.E Agenda of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.

Chief Tam Godspower Odogwu, who also serves as Secretary General of All PDP Chairmen Forum in Delta State South Senatorial District, also informed that the tour is to drive the party’s readiness to all nooks and crannies of the local government, towards ensuring the party’s success ahead of 2027 general election.

The statement further informed that the familiarization visit to all wards is scheduled to kickoff on Friday 7th February 2025 with visit to Ward 11 Ogulagha/Idwini, Ogulagha town hall at 10am, Ward 10 Obotebe/Burutu, at Obotebe Town Hall, at 12:00pm, and ward 7 Ayakoromor, at Ayakoromor Town Hall, 3:00pm.

The visit continues on Saturday February 8, 2025 with visit to Ward 6 Ndoro/Ekogbene, at Ndoro Town Hall, at 11:00am, Ward 5 Ojobo, at Ojobo Town Hall, 1:00pm, Ward 1 Torogbene, at Torogbene Town Hall, at 3:00pm, and Ward 2 Tamigbe, at Tamigbe Town Hall, by 5:00pm.

The visit to wards in burutu local government area rounds up on Monday February 10th 2025 with visit to Ward 3 Tuomo, at Tuomo Town Hall, starting at 9:30am, Ward 4 Eseinbiri, at Okpokunu Town Hall, 11:30am, Ward 9 Ogbolubiri, at Egodor Town Hall, 3:00pm, and Ward 8 Ngbilebiri, at Kiagbodo Town Hall, at 4:30pm.

The statement also called on all Ward Chairmen to consult and liaise with their leaders, elected and appointed officials, and other critical stakeholders to mobilize for a general meeting ahead of the scheduled dates to receive the LGA Executive for an effective deliberation ahead of time.
