Chairman of Obotobo Community in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, Comrade Ebiware Owolo, has congratulated the Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on his recognition as Outstanding Independent Governor and Best Independent Governor in Urban Renewal for the year 2025 by Independent Newspaper.
In his congratulatory message, Comrade Ebiware Owolo described the awards as a clear reflection of Governor Oborevwori’s visionary leadership, dedication to infrastructural development, and unwavering commitment to transforming Delta State into a modern and prosperous hub.
