The Hope Oborevwori Support Group has reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring the re-election of Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The group made this known during a courtesy visit to the Executive Director, Finance and Administration of DESOPADEC, Kome Okpobor, at his office.

Speaking during the visit, the group coordinator, Hon Paul Oruma, led other members including Fegor Okonedo, Mrs Areth Edoukumor, and Dr Emah Edirin, in outlining the purpose of their engagement.

They stated that the visit was aimed at aligning the group with the activities and leadership direction of Hon Kome Okpobor, particularly in advancing grassroots mobilization efforts across the state.

The group emphasized its readiness to work tirelessly towards securing victory for Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and Bola Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.

They further disclosed plans to embark on a comprehensive door-to-door campaign, designed to educate and sensitize Deltans on the achievements of the current administration.

According to them, the initiative will focus on highlighting key developmental strides and policies that have positively impacted the lives of the people.

Members of the group also commended Hon Kome Okpobor for his dedication, hard work, and unwavering support for the Oborevwori administration, noting that his contributions have significantly aided development in the state.

Responding, Hon Kome Okpobor expressed gratitude for the visit and the group’s show of solidarity, stressing that the re-election of Governor Oborevwori and President Bola Tinubu remains a shared priority.

The visit reached its peak with the presentation of an Award of Excellence to Hon Kome Okpobor by the Hope Oborevwori Support Group in recognition of his service and commitment.
