Chairman of Burutu Local Government Area, Hon Julius Takeme, has felicitated the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor, on the occasion of his 47th birth anniversary.
In a statement, Hon Julius Takeme described Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor as a visionary leader and seasoned legislator whose dedication to service continues to strengthen democratic governance in Delta State.
He commended the Speaker’s commitment to effective lawmaking, noting that his leadership has significantly enhanced legislative productivity and unity within the House.
Hon Takeme further praised the cordial relationship fostered among members of the Assembly under the Speaker’s guidance, which he said has translated into meaningful development-oriented policies for the state.
He noted that Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor’s calm disposition, inclusiveness, and sense of responsibility have earned him respect across political divides and among the people.
The Burutu Council Chairman expressed confidence in the Speaker’s capacity to sustain the tempo of progress and contribute further to the growth and stability of Delta State.
