DRAWS FOR THE IKA NATION HOLDS WEDNESDAY 29TH OCT.

The Draws for the Maiden Edition of the Ika Nation Football Tournament 2025 have been scheduled for Wednesday 29th October 2025.

According to a statement by the Chairman of the Organizing Committee Coach Lucky Sunday NKEKI and Secretary Pastor DENNIS LUCKY AGHAGBON, the Ika Nation Football Tournament which is being sponsored by Hon Udoka Nwaeweche Foundation, is a tournament for communities and wards in Ika North and South.

It inform also that the football tournament which will see Twenty Eight Communities from the various wards competing, is an effort by Hon Udoka Nwaeweche, aimed at uniting the various communities and also to give football players in the area the opportunity to showcase their God’s Given Talents.

The draws according to the organizing committee, will hold at the Agbor Stadium, in Agbor, beginning at 12noon.

Communities that will be participating in the draws includes, Owa Alero, Agbor NTA, Omumu, Ward 7 Ali Buba, Ward 14 OLIHEN, Owanta Ward 5, Ofien, Nbiri, Umunede, Ward 1 Ogbemudein, Ekuku Agbor, Ward 3 Alisimie, Ward 2 IDUMU OGALA, Ward 4 Okpu, Ward 6 Alihami, Ward 12 Abavo, Ward 11 Abavo, Ward 2 Owa Oyibu, Ward 8 Igbodo, BOJI BOJI ONE, BOJI BOJI TWO, IDUMUESAH , Ward 7 Akumazi, Ward 6 Alizormor, Ward 13 Otolokpo, Ward 14 Utogbeje.

The Ika Nation football tournament which will be on a straight knockout, will hold the opening ceremony on the 22nd of November 2025.
