Chairman Niger Delta Basin Development Authority, Chief Ebikeme Bosin has congratulated Mrs Stella Okotete on her Birth Anniversary.
In his congratulatory message, Chief Ebikeme Bosin described Mrs Stella Okotete as a political icon who has impacted positively in many lives.
He stressed that Mrs Stella Okotete has done elegantly well in life and in service to humanity.
Chief Ebikeme Bosin while wishing her a Happy Birthday Celebration, prayed God that her new age will bring about more wisdom on how to continue in her good strides as a leader, and her service to the people of Delta Central and Delta State in general.
The chairman Niger Delta Basin Development Authority further prayed that her service to her father land will continue to bring good tidings to her and her family.
Chief Ebikeme Bosin added that Mrs Stella Okotete national and international assignments and exemplary display of service, deserves commendation, and wished her greater height of service nationally and internationally.
