TUOMO COMMUNITY ELECTION NOW TO HOLD THURSDAY 20TH FEBRUARY 2025, AT BURUTU LOCAL GOVERNMENT SECRETARIAT

Chairman Burutu Local Government, Hon Julius Takeme has announced Thursday 20th February, 2025, as new date for Tuomo Community Election, in Burutu local government area.

According to a statement signed by the Burutu council chairman, he informed that due to failure of conducting a peaceful election at Tuomo community, the elections will now hold at the Burutu local government Secretariat, Burutu.

Hon Julius Takeme in the statement also informed all aspirants for the election should come to the election venue with two agents each, while all family chairmen of Tuomo community are to come to the election venue with all their delegates.

The statement informed further that the council will handle their transportation to and from the election venue.

It further warned anyone who does not have business with the election process to stay away from the election venue on Thursday 20th February, 2025, as security agents will be fully on ground to ensure a peaceful and transparent election.

Hon Julius Takeme reassured the people of Tuomo community of ensuring a peaceful community election that will ursher in credible persons that will positively pilot the affairs of the community.
