A Niger Delta group, the Movement for the Sustainable Development of the Niger Delta (MSDND) has petitioned President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR as a matter of national security to urgently sack Mr. Dennis Burutu Otauro the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) for using Amnesty funds and security attached to the Amnesty office to blackmail traditional rulers and stakeholders from the Niger Delta region to cover up their alleged crimes and theft of crude oil in larger vessels and crimes against humanity, human rights abuses, illegal detention of citizens and operating illegal detention centers in Oporoza Gbaramatu Kingdom in Delta state, forced human labor and human slavery, extra-judicial killings and other atrocities that are been committed by these individuals and their gangs across the Niger Delta region.

According to the petition, “Mr. Government Ekpomupolo also known as Tompolo, a globally known unrepentant criminal and kidnapper, and Mr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) alleged criminal actions require an urgent action from Mr. President to put an end to their criminality and madness and to restore sanity across the region.”

“Mr. President, the Niger Delta region has gone from one crisis to another since the appointment of Dennis Burutu Otauro as the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

These are crises that Dennis Otuaro intentionally created across the region while his paid sycophants and professional beggars continue to sing his praises and falsehood across the media.” The MSDND, through its Publicity Secretary, Kelvin Orughoe, pointed out that Nigerians around the world have seen the trending video of protesters in New York City that were sponsored by Mr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme and Tompolo using Amnesty funds to desecrate the throne of the Olu of Warri by showing his Majestic Throne to the world as a criminal entity and calling the Olu of Warri a criminal, who is engaged In crude oil theft during the Amnesty office sponsored protest in New York City.

“Mr. President, this is a Throne that Presidents and Diplomats from around the world respect and adore. Many Nigerian leaders have all paid homage and bowed to the Majestic Throne of the Olu of Warri.

From the likes of former President Olusegun Obasanjo to other leaders have visited that throne.”

“President Tinubu, your wife, our admirable first lady is a subject of the throne of the Olu of Warri that was ridiculed and desecrated oversees by Dennis Burutu Otuaro the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme and Tompolo using Amnesty funds to pay protesters in New York City.”

“Mr. President, you know more than anyone that your in-law, His Royal Majesty, King Ogiame Atuwatse III, is not a criminal as labeled overseas by Dennis Burutu Otauro and Tompolo. This disgraceful act by Dennis Otauro and Tompolo is the height of disrespect and abuse to you Mr. President, your wife, the first lady, and your in-laws, the Itsekiri people. Therefore, the good people of delta state and the world are watching to see your next line of action Mr. President.”

“The Majestic Throne of the Olu of Warri is an ancient throne dating back hundreds of years, older than Dennis Otauro and Tompolo’s great, great grandfathers, and to have little boys, and known criminals like Tompolo and Dennis to abuse the throne of His Royal Majesty, King Ogiame Atuwatse III, is abominable and such persons should not have any role in your government.”

“Mr. President, several petitions have been submitted to your office, the United Nations, the European Union and other countries against these individuals for engaging in kidnappings, extra-judicial killings, illegal detention of innocent citizens and using their victims for slave labor and human sacrifice to cover up their multi-million dollar fraud of Nigeria’s crude oil and gas theft.”

“Niger Deltans have called for investigations, arrests and prosecution of these alleged criminals because Tompolo, Mr. Mathew Tonlagha, Mr. Godfrey Pondi, Mr. Keston Pondi the managing director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Mr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) and their financier the NNPCL GMD, Mr. Mele Kolo Kyari are using media propaganda to deceive you Mr. President and Nigerians as their gang is allegedly engaging in the largest crude oil and gas theft ever witnessed in the history of Nigeria,” their petition stated.
