Councilor Representing Okumagba 1 Ward 9 In Warri South Local Government Legislative Arm Honorable Lucky Ibiri has reacted to his purported suspension by Warri South Local Government Legislative Arm noting that the suspension was carried out against a subsisting court order.
Honorable Ibiri made this known while reacting to an online news platform that earlier announced his suspension by the Warri South Local Government Legislative Arm .
Honorable Ibiri alleged that recent happenings in the House which he objected to brought about the suspension by Warri South Local Government Legislative Arm .
He noted that he secured a court order restraining the house from going ahead with the suspension but all to no avail .
He declared that he remains the duly elected Counselor representing Okumagba 1 ward 9 In Warri South Local Government Legislative Arm until proven otherwise by a competent court.
He called on relevant authorities including Delta State Governor Rt Honorable Sheriff Oborevwori to intervene and ensure his fundamental human rights are upheld.
