Executive Chairman Burutu Local Government, Hon Julius Takeme, has restated his administration’s commitment in working in line and the successful actualization of the MORE Agenda of the State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori.
He stated this while supervising the payment of over two thousand sweepers employed by the council to maintain cleanliness at the local government headquarters.
During the distribution of New Year packages to the women in Burutu local government area, on Wednesday January 1, 2025, Dr. Julius Takeme promised to personally oversee their payments which he kept to his word.
He expressed his gratitude for their dedication in keeping the town clean and reaffirmed his commitment to improving their welfare.
The Burutu local government council boss, announced plans by his administration, for future initiatives aimed at benefiting the youth.
He explained that the initiatives will focus on impactful programs designed to prioritize their well-being.
Dr. Takeme who was personally overseeing the payment process geared towards ensuring that all women received their salary also emphasized that this effort aligns with Governor Oborevwori’s M.O.R.E agenda, a key initiative focused on reaching out to the grassroots.
